High-density, double layered foam insert for prolonged shaking of one standard footprint microplate to protect sample from heat-buildup. This insert fits into the 6-in (152mm) Platform attachment (Part No. 146-6005-00) for use with the Vortex-Genie 2 family of mixers and the Vortex-Genie Pulse.
